I made this blog challenge last month and unfortunately i am not quite treating it as a "challenge" considering the amount of post topics i have changed so far. This one as well quite bothers me. My routine? Uh..i go to school, eat dinner, go to bed. This is gonna be a sucky blog post.
I am forcing myself to keep this a "challenge" and try to dig a little deeper recalling my daily routines.
Besides school itself, the strongest part of my daily routine is my mornings.
That quote really got me thinking. Mornings are supposed to start your day off right. If you have a strong morning routine that you enjoy, and continue it daily it could overall improve your life. Hmm..
It doesn't have to be a glamorous routine- mine sure isn't, but having a routine helps you to focus on the present moment, and give you a sense of control. Which is very important to me!
My mornings look like this:
I take an unusual route to school compared to my friends because i like a change in scenery. Since i practically leave my house at the ass crack of dawn i do get to experience some beautiful sunrises as well!
I love spending my time going for drives and listening to music. My dork-self appreciates it to the point where i practically have hearts coming out of my eyes and i feel as if i am in a movie.
As typical as today's post is, routines are usually "typical."
I think it is important to pay attention to the little things that make you feel content and are consistent in your everyday life.
Maybe i should challenge myself to create an afternoon routine as well ? We shall see.
